The mission of the Mentoring Club is to foster respect, inclusivity, and multiculturalism. We aim to promote the dissemination of organizational tacit skills management and mentor culture, facilitate the exchange of organizational tacit skills management and mentoring coaching practices, enhance international collaboration, and advance mentorship services as a profession.
