Leader as Coach Training for a global client in Asia

A Vietnamese top executive had the opportunity to discover the benefits of a coaching session during a demo performed by Sylviane Cannio, Master Certified Coach, during the series of webinars customized for II-VI Incorporated, a global leader in engineered materials and optoelectronic components, headquartered in USA, by MentoringCo and its partner LEA Asia Consulting from Singapore. About thirty managers from several countries - Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, China, etc. - were invited to join this two-module intensive training on how to integrate the new leadership techniques based on the coaching attitude into their leadership. The workshop was highly experiential and the executives discovered what the Coach Attitude means, namely the ability to listen, ask adequate questions, deliver constructive feedback, set up well-defined objectives and support people’s development with meaning and kindness.
