Accredited Training for organizations and mentors
MentoringCo provides two types of trainings :
- The short trainings with the basic toolkit for installing mentoring programs inside organisation: aimed at HR, mentors and mentees – some programs are EMCC accredited.
- The longer accredited trainings (EMCC EQA) for future internal/external accredited mentors
Accredited Certified Mentor - ACM
An EMCC accredited program EQA for future external/internal mentors. It aims at providing the key EMCC competencies at the Practitioner level. It encompasses 13 days of training including observed and debriefed practice, peer groups practice and client practice.
The objective is to bring participants to a level of autonomy in their mentoring practice and to show them how to become mentors with a coach attitude. They are trained to become mentors and corporate mentoring programmes organizers and consultants. Their mentoring practice includes all the tools of coaching so that they adopt the right posture from the very beginning: helping the mentee grow in autonomy. Professional Certified Mentor - PCM
The PCM program is an EMCC accredited program EQA for professional mentors in order to deepen their knowledge and integration of major themes: main challenges met by mentors, linking mentoring to strategic focus, implementing programs (business cases), reaching authentic conversations.
The PCM program aims at deepening the key EMCC mentor-coach competencies at the Senior Practitioner level. It encompasses 14 days of training including observed and debriefed practice, peer groups practice and client practice. The courses are mainly experiential and based on real-life cases.
Master Certified Mentor - MCM
The MCM program is offered to the mentors who completed the PCM program and who want to have access to a higher purpose. It is dedicated to the ‘BE mode’, meaning how to act as a connected human being, with a clear role and well-defined values.
The MCM program aims at deepening the key EMCC mentor-coach competencies at the Master Practitioner level.
It is provided by major players in the mentoring and leadership sphere as MentoringCo has invited several guest speakers of high caliber to offer a program that goes beyond the mentoring sphere as it will be highly developmental for all participants.
